MUMBAI: Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, 54, was stabbed multiple times during a break-in at his Mumbai residence in the early hours of January 16, 2025. The assailant, identified as an intruder, entered the actor’s home hours before the attack, raising concerns about security protocols.

Around 2:30 a.m., the intruder entered Khan’s Bandra home, reportedly attempting to access the bedroom of his three-year-old son, Jeh. A domestic staff member raised an alarm, prompting Khan to intervene. During the confrontation, the intruder stabbed Khan multiple times, including a deep wound near his spine. Khan was rushed to Lilavati Hospital by his son, Ibrahim Ali Khan, 23, in an auto-rickshaw. He underwent surgery and is now recovering.
