Police in Bengaluru have recovered 10 stolen motorcycles collectively valued at approximately ₹3.5 lakh and apprehended two juveniles in connection with the thefts. The arrests were made following a focused operation based on complaints registered across multiple police stations in the city. Officials said the recovery has brought relief to vehicle owners who had reported their bikes missing over the past few weeks. The swift action by law enforcement has once again highlighted the growing concern over property-related crimes involving minors in urban areas.
According to police sources, the two juveniles were picked up after officers noticed suspicious movement in a locality known for frequent vehicle thefts. Acting on specific intelligence inputs, a patrol team intercepted the suspects and conducted questioning. During interrogation, inconsistencies in their statements raised suspicion, prompting further investigation. Subsequent inquiries reportedly led police to locations where the stolen motorcycles had been hidden.
