New Delhi: Abhinav Arora, widely known as “Bal Sant,” has moved the Delhi court to file FIRs against YouTubers accused of harassing and trolling him online. The 10-year-old spiritual influencer, who boasts nearly a million followers on Instagram, has been at the center of a growing online campaign targeting his spiritual content and religious beliefs.
Abhinav’s lawyer, Pankaj Arya, confirmed the court proceedings and stated that the next hearing is scheduled for January 3, 2025. Arya accused the trolls of launching a smear campaign against Abhinav’s promotion of Sanatana Dharma. “We will pursue this matter to the Supreme Court or the High Court if necessary,” Arya said, emphasizing their demand for strict legal action.

Facing Threats and Trolling
Abhinav’s spiritual journey hasn’t been without challenges. His family recently claimed to have received death threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Speaking to ANI, his mother, Jyoti Arora, expressed dismay, saying, “Abhinav has done nothing but devotion. Why does he have to endure so much harassment?”
The alleged threats, coupled with persistent trolling, have raised concerns about the safety and mental well-being of young influencers like Abhinav.
As the legal battle unfolds, Abhinav’s case underscores the urgent need for stricter regulations against cyberbullying and harassment, especially targeting minors in the digital space.
