Breaking News

A man’s video review of Coldplay’s recent Abu Dhabi concert has sparked a heated debate online after he expressed his disappointment with the performance, comparing it unfavorably to Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh’s shows. The video, which has since gone viral, features the attendee humorously critiquing the concert, and his comments quickly gained mixed reactions from fans.

The Critique That Sparked Controversy

In the viral video, the man humorously remarked, “Isme Diljit wali baat nahi hai,” suggesting that Coldplay’s concert lacked the same appeal as Dosanjh’s performances. He went on to describe the concert’s overwhelming light show, joking that it felt more like a “light show experience” than a live performance. The attendee also humorously suggested that many concertgoers were unfamiliar with Coldplay’s music, saying, “90% ko maalum nahi gaane, ghar par revise karne ki zarurat hai,” and proposed that the band add karaoke-style lyrics to the giant screens for easier participation.

While his critique was delivered in a light-hearted manner, it didn’t sit well with many fans. Some fans defended Coldplay, emphasizing that their concerts are about the experience rather than simply knowing all the lyrics. One user pointed out, “Not everyone is a die-hard fan who knows all the lyrics, but that’s what makes Coldplay concerts so magical—it’s the experience.”

Fans React to the Criticism

The video quickly gained traction on social media, sparking lively debates. Some viewers expressed frustration, calling the man’s review “ungrateful” and suggesting that he didn’t deserve a spot at the concert. One user even remarked, “Aise logo ko tickets Mili hai batao! Ungrateful behaviour sheeee!” Others mocked his comments, with one saying, “Why did you waste a fan’s spot? You shouldn’t have gone.. Tu diljit ke concert mein hi jaa.”

Interestingly, during the Abu Dhabi concert, Coldplay’s frontman Chris Martin gave a special shoutout to Diljit Dosanjh after seeing a sign in the crowd, reading aloud “Punjabi Aa Gaye Oye,” which excited fans and created buzz across social media.
