Among the vast sea of pilgrims seeking ‘moksha’ were international visitors captivated by the grandeur of the Maha Kumbh. Michael, a former U.S. Army soldier now known as ‘Baba Mokshapuri,’ shared his story of transformation. “Life taught me its impermanence, and I sought salvation through Sanatan Dharma. This is my first Maha Kumbh, and the spiritual energy here is unmatched,” he said.
Visitors like Christina from Spain described the event as awe-inspiring. “This is a unique and wonderful moment I’ll cherish forever,” she said. Julie, another attendee, expressed gratitude for experiencing the sacred dip, calling it deeply fulfilling.
For Valeria from Italy, the event’s atmosphere was “exciting and filled with positivity,” though her husband Mikhail humorously admitted to skipping the cold waters under duress from his wife.

French journalist Melanie called the experience serendipitous. “I didn’t know about the Maha Kumbh when I planned my trip, but being here has been a once-in-a-lifetime thrill,” she shared.
