ODISHA:Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently addressed the rising demand for live events in India, emphasizing the need for both state governments and private players to invest in creating the infrastructure necessary to host major concerts. During the Utkarsh Odisha, Make in Odisha Conclave in Bhubaneswar, PM Modi pointed out that India’s rich cultural heritage, paired with the growing demand for live entertainment, offers immense opportunities in the concert economy.

Noting the success of Coldplay’s recent performances in Mumbai and Ahmedabad, the Prime Minister highlighted the increasing appetite for live concerts in the country. “In the last decade, we have witnessed an increase in the demand for live events. India, with its deep roots in music, dance, and storytelling, combined with a youthful audience eager for global concerts, holds vast potential for concert-based economic growth,” Modi stated.
