The apartment, located on the 45th floor of the Lodha Marquis, is part of The Park project developed by the Lodha Group.

The lease transaction, registered on January 27, includes the apartment along with two parking spaces, leased to Murali Krishnan Nair. The transaction involved a stamp duty of ₹16,300 and a registration fee of ₹1,000.
Previous Investments and Property Sale
Rohit Sharma and his father had initially purchased the apartment in July 2013 for ₹5.45 crore from the Lodha Group. This new rental agreement comes after Rohit’s other property ventures, including leasing two apartments in Bandra West for ₹3 lakh per month starting in January 2024.
In addition to renting properties, Sharma had sold a property in Lonavala worth ₹5.25 crore in June 2021, a sprawling 6,329 sq ft space.
