Priyanka Chopra Sells Luxury Mumbai Apartments for Rs 16.17 Crore

Priyanka Chopra Jonas has made headlines with the sale of her four luxury apartments in Mumbai’s prestigious Oberoi Sky Gardens, located in the Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West. The total transaction value reported to be ₹ 16.17 crore.

Priyanka chopra finalized this high-profile real estate deal on March 3, 2025, with members of the Sachdeva family as the buyers.

Details of the Sale:

• Flat 1 (18th Floor): Sold to Shruti Gaurav Sachdeva for ₹ 3.45 crore. This 1,075 sq. ft. apartment includes one car parking space and a stamp duty of ₹ 17.26 lakh.
• Flat 2 (18th Floor): Purchased by Sneha Dang Sachdeva for ₹ 2.85 crore. Spanning 885 sq. ft., it comes with one parking space and a stamp duty of ₹ 14.25 lakh.
• Flat 3 (18th Floor): Sold to Ronak Triloka Sachdeva for ₹ 3.52 crore. This 1,100 sq. ft. apartment includes one parking space and a stamp duty of ₹ 21.12 lakh.
• Flat 4 (19th Floor): A duplex unit sold to Rajini Trilok Sachdeva for ₹ 6.35 crore. It spans 1,985 sq. ft. and includes two parking spaces with a stamp duty of ₹ 31.75 lakh.

The per-square-foot rate for these apartments ranges between ₹ 31,990 and ₹ 32,203, reflecting the high demand for luxury properties in Lokhandwala.

This area is renowned for its upscale living and celebrity residents.

In recent years, Priyanka Chopra has been divesting her Mumbai properties. In 2023, she sold two apartments in the same locality to director Abhishek Chaubey for ₹ 6 crore.

Additionally, Priyanka sold a commercial property in Lokhandwala for ₹ 7 crore.
