Martin Estrada, a former U.S. Attorney, shares his insights into the case, highlighting the negligence and exploitation involved.

In the documentary, Martin Estrada expresses his concern about the medical professionals involved in Matthew Perry’s care.
He states, “Allegedly, you have Dr. [Salvador] Plasencia providing ketamine to a live-in assistant who has no medical training whatsoever, and that live-in assistant is administering ketamine to a person whose risk factors are through the roof”.
Estrada emphasizes that Dr. Plasencia and others should have known better.
Given Matthew Perry’s high-risk health conditions and history of addiction.
Estrada also notes that Dr. Plasencia would arrange meetings with Matthew in unauthorized locations,
such as a parking lot in Long Beach. He criticizes these actions, stating, that
“Doctors are not supposed to inject people in the back of parking lots”.

Estrada highlights the greed and negligence that led to Perry’s tragic death, emphasizing that medical professionals took advantage of his addiction issues for financial gain.

The documentary reveals that Matthew perry’s assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, administered the ketamine shots, often six to eight times a day, in the days leading up to his death.

On the morning of October 28, Iwamasa gave Perry his first dose at 8:30 AM, followed by another at 12:45 PM.

Matthew requested a final dose, “Shoot me up with a big one,” before being found unresponsive in his hot tub.

Five individuals, including two doctors and the alleged “Ketamine Queen,” Jasveen Sangha, charged in connection with Perry’s death.

The investigation underscores the dangers of ketamine misuse and the exploitation of individuals struggling with addiction.

Martin Estrada’s comments in the documentary highlight the tragic circumstances surrounding Matthew Perry’s death,
emphasizing the negligence and exploitation by medical professionals.
The case serves as a stark reminder of the risks associated with ketamine misuse and the importance of responsible medical care.
