New Delhi: In a landmark development for consumer grievance redressal, the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) and 10 States recorded over 100% disposal rates of consumer cases in July 2025, meaning more cases were resolved than were filed during the month. Simultaneously, the e-Jagriti digital platform, launched earlier this year, has been embraced by over two lakh users, including Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), with 85,531 cases filed through it in 2025 alone.
