New Delhi: The India-Singapore Joint Working Group (JWG) on Personnel Management and Public Administration convened on 10 September 2025, with senior officials from both nations in attendance. The meeting was co-chaired by Shri V. Srinivas, Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), and Ms. Sze Ling Lim, CEO, Service SG, Public Service Division (PSD), Singapore, with participation from both ministries, the Indian High Commission in Singapore, and other high-level delegates.
Showcasing GovTech Innovations: CPGRAMS, NeSDA and Life SG
During the session, each side presented flagship reforms and digital service delivery models:

India shared progress on the Next Gen CPGRAMS (Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System), which integrates AI for smarter grievance redressal and transparency, and the National e-Governance Service Delivery Assessment (NeSDA), reflecting significant advancements in citizen-centered digital governance.

Singapore showcased Life SG, a comprehensive digital platform designed to seamlessly integrate and deliver government services to citizens during key life events, focusing on making public administration more responsive and personalized.
Strengthening Bilateral Cooperation
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to sustained cooperation in personnel management and public administration. The focus lies on:
