New Delhi: Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), a premier Government of India research and development institution under the Ministry of Communications, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Punjab National Bank , one of India’s leading public sector banks, to strengthen PNB’s IT infrastructure and accelerate its technology transformation journey.
Collaboration Focus and Solutions
The collaboration focuses on harnessing indigenous, secure, scalable banking and technology solutions tailored to PNB’s requirements. Centre for Development of Telematics offers a comprehensive suite of advanced IT products and services including Switching and Routing, Network Management Systems, Wireless technology, AI applications, Cybersecurity, Quantum Communication, and other solutions. The partnership aims for faster deployment of advanced infrastructure ensuring secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant IT capabilities aligned with PNB’s strategic priorities.
Signing Ceremony and Key Participants
The MoU signing ceremony took place at the C-DOT Headquarters in New Delhi with senior executives from both the companies present. Key PNB officials included Shri Manish Agrawal, GM; Shri Surendra Vishwakarma, GM; and Shri Manish Sharma, DGM. C-DOT was represented by Dr. Rajkumar Upadhyay, CEO; Dr. Pankaj Kumar Dalela, EVP1; Ms. Shikha Srivastava, EVP2; Shri Rajeev Kumar, Registrar; and Shri Mahinder Singh, CFO.
