Bihar – The Indian Railways marked another milestone with the launch of three new Amrit Bharat Train Bihar services on September 29. These trains aim to strengthen connectivity between Bihar and other regions of India, offering passengers a safer, faster, and more affordable travel experience. The new services will connect Bihar with Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Telangana, reflecting the growing importance of enhanced transport infrastructure.
The newly introduced trains include Muzaffarpur–Charlapalli, Darbhanga–Madar (Ajmer), and Chhapra–Anand Vihar Terminal. Each Amrit Bharat Train Bihar service will play a key role in boosting tourism, trade, and passenger convenience.
What Makes Amrit Bharat Train Bihar Popular
The Amrit Bharat Train Bihar initiative has become a lifeline for middle-class travelers. With affordability and modern safety standards, these trains are seen as a dependable mode of transportation. Before the new launches, 12 Amrit Bharat Express services operated across India, 10 of which originated from Bihar. With three more trains added, the total number rises to 15, with 13 starting from Bihar.
This highlights Bihar’s growing significance in India’s railway network and the government’s commitment to strengthening regional connectivity.
