Heavy fog reduced visibility in western Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday morning, causing multiple accidents that killed two bikers and injured nearly 30 people. On the Agra-Lucknow Expressway, a broken-down truck led to a multi-vehicle pile-up, injuring several, while the Eastern Peripheral Expressway saw a chain reaction triggered by two truck collisions. A bus traveling from Panipat to Mathura also crashed, injuring around a dozen passengers. Local authorities are investigating the incidents, while smog continues to pose serious road safety risks in the region.

In Firozabad, six vehicles collided on the expressway after drivers failed to spot a stalled truck due to the dense fog. Additionally, in Bulandshahr, a speeding truck rammed a motorcycle, killing Mansharam from Mainpuri. Another fatal accident occurred in Badaun when an unidentified vehicle struck a teacher’s bike, leading to his death.
