A two-day training programme for State Haj Inspectors (SHIs) commenced on 24 January 2026 at Haj House, Mumbai, aimed at strengthening preparedness for the upcoming Haj season in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The programme, being conducted on 24–25 January, focuses on equipping SHIs with the knowledge, skills and coordination mechanisms necessary to ensure a safe, smooth and dignified Haj experience for Indian pilgrims.
