Daniel’s Debut in “TickTock Dreams” Music Video

Mumbai: Emerging artist Daniel has made a remarkable entry into the music scene with his debut in the English music video “TickTock Dreams.” Directed by the seasoned Nileish Malhotra and co-directed by Dr. Suraina Malhotra, the video was officially launched at the Indian Motion Picture Producers’ Association (IMPPA) office in Andheri, Mumbai.

The launch event was graced by distinguished guests, including H.E. Aliaksandr Matsukou, Consul General of Belarus, and H.E. Eddy Wardoyo, Consul General of Indonesia. Notable figures from the entertainment industry, such as music director Dilip Sen, actors Bobby Vats and Sanjay, also attended, adding to the event’s prestige.

Produced under the banners of Panorama Visuals and Malhotra Productions, “TickTock Dreams” features Daniel alongside co-star Poly. The song, sung by Daniel and Emil Mohan, boasts lyrics by Karyn Watt and music composition by Amar Prabhakar Desai. Choreography by Ajit Gade and editing by Vaibhav Kamble further enhance the video’s appeal.

Filmed entirely in Mumbai, the narrative explores the influence of social media on modern relationships. It portrays a young couple who connect through platforms like Facebook, develop a romantic bond, and share dreams. The storyline culminates in a surprising climax that promises to leave viewers astonished.

Director Nileish Malhotra hinted at a sequel, stating, “We are considering a part two of this song to continue the story.”

Nileish Malhotra’s illustrious career includes his English film “Hanki Panki,” which was selected for the Cannes Film Festival’s Short Film Corner in 2013. The same year, he received the Best Director Award at the Mini Box Office Film Festival in Mumbai. His Hindi feature film “Misty Pay” features a star-studded cast, including Zeenat Aman, Javed Sheikh, Karan Khanna, Nikita Anand, Rajat Bedi, and Rosa. Malhotra has also shared screen space with Hollywood star Pierce Brosnan in “The Deceivers” and has appeared in iconic television series such as “Mahabharat,” “Chanakya,” “The Great Maratha,” “Chandrakanta,” “Yug,” and “Jai Ganesh.
