A 26-year-old man was tragically stabbed to death in Delhi’s Narela area on Friday evening, in what police believe was a financial dispute. The victim, Himanshu, was found dead inside an apartment he shared with his friend Sumit Kaushik. Three suspects have been arrested, while one remains at large.

The incident occurred around 6 pm when four men, identified as Ravi, Sahil, Akshay Khatri, and Ashish, arrived at the apartment and attacked Himanshu. Sumit Kaushik, who witnessed the attack, reported the incident to the police. Authorities believe the murder was triggered by a Rs.45,000 loan that Ravi had borrowed from Sumit but failed to repay.

According to the police, Himanshu had earlier visited Ravi’s home in Safiyabad, where he reportedly threatened Ravi’s family to demand repayment. Seeking revenge, Ravi and his accomplices orchestrated the fatal assault on Himanshu.

The police have arrested Ravi (30), Sahil (24), and Ashish (26), while a search is underway for the fourth suspect, Akshay Khatri, who is currently absconding.

This incident adds to a growing list of violent crimes in Delhi. Earlier this month, an 18-year-old scrap shop worker, Sudheer, was also stabbed to death in a dispute with his neighbors over a common toilet.
