The construction became necessary after a river altered its course, disrupting vital access for patrolling and anti-poaching operations in the forest.
Kaswan’s video illustrates the challenging conditions faced by the officials, who had to construct a sturdy bridge to reach areas of the forest that were previously accessible for protection duties. He captioned the post, “Since we have to go where nothing goes. After the river changed course, we had to make a new bridge to access the other part of the forest for protection duty.”
Earlier, Kaswan had shared additional context, emphasizing the importance of connectivity for patrolling and anti-poaching efforts. He explained, “During the monsoon, when rivers change their courses, we have to make our own infrastructures to continue the duty.”
