After completing the 10th standard and an ITI course, he moved to Pune seeking better opportunities.

Dadasaheb initially worked a basic job paying Rs 4,000 but soon landed an office boy position at Infosys with a salary of Rs 9,000. His daily tasks involved cleaning and running errands, yet he observed employees working on computers and earning significantly more. This sparked a turning point in his life.

Just 10 pass, Inspired to work in a field that valued creativity over formal degrees, Dadasaheb turned to graphic design and animation. Drawing from his childhood memories of learning temple painting techniques from a local artist, he began developing his skills. During nights and off-hours, he dedicated himself to mastering design, eventually becoming a professional designer.

Building India’s Own Design Platform

Instead of seeking employment at established firms, Dadasaheb decided to start his own venture. The COVID-19 lockdown forced him to return to his village, but he transformed this challenge into an opportunity. With limited resources and connectivity, he set up a workspace on a hillside near a cowshed and focused entirely on building his product.

His company aims to reduce India’s dependence on foreign design software while providing world-class templates for users nationwide. Along the way, he also trained local youth in design, inspiring a new generation of creative professionals.
