In a horrifying incident that has sent shockwaves across the nation, a 35-year-old mother of three was brutally murdered by suspected insurgents in Manipur’s Jiribam district on November 7th. The post-mortem report, accessed by India Today, has unveiled the extent of the gruesome torture she endured.

The autopsy conducted at Silchar Medical College and Hospital in Assam revealed that nearly 99% of the woman’s body was severely burned. Her skull was fractured, and several body parts, including portions of her face, upper right limb, and lower limbs, were missing. Additionally, a penetrating wound was found on her right thigh, and a metallic nail was embedded in her left thigh.

The horrific nature of the attack has led to widespread condemnation and calls for justice. The incident is part of the ongoing ethnic violence in Manipur, which has claimed over 200 lives and displaced thousands.
