New Delhi — Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s flagship initiative, Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC), has been officially recognised by the Guinness World Records for the “Most People Registered on a Citizen Engagement Platform in One Month.” The accolade was awarded following an unprecedented 3.53 crore valid registrations for the 8th edition of PPC, hosted via the MyGov platform.
The programme, a pioneering educational outreach initiative by the Ministry of Education in collaboration with MyGov since 2018, has redefined India’s examination culture. Conceptualised and led by the Prime Minister himself, PPC is a unique platform that fosters direct interaction between the Prime Minister, students, parents, and teachers, aiming to make examinations a festival of learning, inspiration, and positivity.

Speaking at the event, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan highlighted that PPC 2025 recorded 21+ crore viewers across various media platforms, underscoring the programme’s immense reach. He credited the visionary leadership of PM Modi for turning exam-related stress into a festival of encouragement and growth, aligned with the objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw applauded the initiative, calling it a cornerstone of student well-being and a model for stress-free learning. He added that the record reflects strong public trust and a collective aspiration for a Viksit Bharat.
