PCIM&H Conducts Strong Capacity Building Training under Rashtriya Karmayogi Jan Seva Programme (Phase-2)

The Pharmacopoeia Commission for Indian Medicine & Homoeopathy (PCIM&H) organized a one-day capacity building training programme on October 9, 2025, for its officers and staff, along with employees from DSIR-CCRUM, Ghaziabad. This event was held under Phase-II of the national Rashtriya Karmayogi Jan Seva Programme, aimed at fostering excellence, accountability, and citizen-centric governance in public service.

Training Facilitation and Objectives

The session was inaugurated by Dr. Raman Mohan Singh, Director of PCIM&H. The training was delivered through the iGOT Karmayogi digital learning platform and facilitated by expert Karmayogi coaches Dr. S.C. Verma (PSO Chemistry, PCIM&H) and Dr. Asma Sattar (In-charge, DSRI). The programme integrated structured learning modules, knowledge enhancement, and interactive components, intending to equip government officials with advanced competencies and ethical awareness.

Both initiatives focus on transforming governance by nurturing a spirit of ‘Seva Bhav’ (service orientation) among public servants.
