New Delhi: The Press Information Bureau (PIB), in partnership with the All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) under the Ministry of AYUSH and Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia (RML) Hospital under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, is organizing a preventive health check-up and consultation camp tomorrow for Safai Mitra and PIB officials. The camp will be held at Shastri Bhawan and the National Media Centre (NMC), starting at 10:00 AM as part of the Swachhata Hi Seva Campaign 2025.
Campaign Context
Swachhata Hi Seva Campaign 2025, observed from September 17 to October 2, aims to promote health, well-being, and service-oriented initiatives nationally. This integrative health camp reaffirms the Government of India’s commitment to the holistic welfare of sanitation workers and PIB staff by ensuring their access to preventive and integrated healthcare services.
Medical Services Offered
The camp comprises two parallel streams of medical consultation:

Ayurveda Services: Led by Dr. Rama Kant Yadava, Additional Professor, Department of Kayachikitsa, AIIA, located at Shastri Bhawan.

Allopathy Services: Led by Dr. Shailesh Kumar, Professor of Medicine, and Dr. Ramesh Chand Meena, Associate Professor & Nodal Officer at RML Hospital, stationed at National Media Centre (NMC).
Comprehensive health assessments, consultations, and medical assistance will be provided by medical teams—including consultants and nursing staff—from both AIIA and RML Hospital.
