Dedicated Startup Zones: Within each node, areas must be reserved for MSMEs and startups at subsidized rates with cutting-edge infrastructure.

Incubator Ecosystems: Startup incubators and accelerators are to be established to encourage early-stage enterprises and attract young entrepreneurs.

International Investment Conclaves: Goyal proposed country-specific conclaves aimed at bringing in targeted FDI into Andhra Pradesh’s industrial base.
He further recommended establishing a centralized real-time dashboard for seamless project monitoring and stressed the importance of advanced testing and quality control mechanisms to maintain international standards.

Reaffirming the Centre’s dedication to turning Andhra Pradesh into “Swarnandhra Pradesh,” the Union Minister lauded the progress under the state’s “Swarna Andhra 2047” vision.
