As London gears up for Diwali on October 27, a promotional video featuring Mayor Sadiq Khan has drawn attention—not only for its festive spirit but also for an unfortunate wave of racist comments online. The video highlights past celebrations at Trafalgar Square, showcasing the vibrant dance and cultural events organized by the Indian community. While many welcomed the festival, others left discriminatory remarks, with some telling Indians to “go back to India.”
