Authorities raided his Los Angeles property on July 27, as part of a probe into sex trafficking, financial crimes, and other serious accusations. The same house featured prominently in the viral Netflix documentary is now under law enforcement scrutiny.
According to reports, federal agents from multiple departments including the FBI, IRS, U.S. Postal Service, and the Department of Labor served search warrants at the Tujunga residence. Several individuals connected to Shinn’s operations were detained at the scene, and the charges under review include sex trafficking, money laundering, tax evasion, mail fraud, and pandemic relief fraud.
