TCIL Signs MoU with Punjab National Bank to Strengthen IT Infrastructure and Accelerate Digital Transformation

New Delhi: Telecommunications Consultants India Limited, a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Communications, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Punjab National Bank (PNB), a leading public sector bank, to fortify PNB’s IT infrastructure and accelerate its technology transformation journey. The MoU was signed on September 3, 2025, at TCIL Headquarters in New Delhi.

Strengthening IT Infrastructure and Digital Services

The partnership aims to enable faster, reliable, and customer-centric digital banking services. TCIL will leverage its expertise in IT consultancy, project management, and turnkey execution to deliver secure, regulatory-compliant technology solutions aligned with PNB’s requirements. Key areas of collaboration include RFP lifecycle management, system integration, IT infrastructure rollout, and regulatory technology deployment. TCIL will work as Project Management Consultant (PMC) or Project Implementing Agency (PIA) to ensure effective project delivery.
