Television actor Aman Jaiswal, famous for his role in the popular TV show Dhartiputra Nandini, tragically lost his life on Friday in a road accident on the Jogeshwari highway in Mumbai. Jaiswal, who was on his way to an audition, collided with a truck, leading to fatal injuries. The incident occurred around 3:15 PM on Hill Park Road in the Jogeshwari West area.
According to the police, the truck struck Jaiswal while he was riding his motorcycle. Despite being rushed to the trauma ward at Cama Hospital, the actor was declared dead. The truck and its driver have been taken into police custody, and a case has been filed at the Amboli police station.
A Promising Career Cut Short
Aman Jaiswal, who hailed from Balia, Uttar Pradesh, had made a mark in the entertainment industry with his powerful performances. Viewers best knew him for playing the lead role in Dhartiputra Nandini, a role that earned him recognition and admiration.

Before his breakthrough role in Dhartiputra Nandini, Jaiswal worked as a model. He also appeared in the popular show Udaariyaan, produced by Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta. Additionally, he portrayed Yashwant Rao Phanse in the Sony TV historical drama Punyashlok Ahilyabai, which ran from January 2021 to October 2023.

In an emotional tribute to the late actor, Dhiraj Mishra, the writer of Dhartiputra Nandini, expressed his grief on Instagram. “Tum jeevit rahoge hamari yaadon mein… Ishwar kabhi kabhi kitna kroor ho sakta hai aaj tumhari mrityu ne ehsaas kara diya… Alvida” (You will remain alive in our memories… How cruel God can be, today your death has made me realize this… Farewell),” Mishra wrote.
